Cancellation Policy – Hike & Bike Hotel
1. General
These cancellation terms apply to all reservations made with Hike & Bike Hotel. By making a reservation, you agree to these cancellation conditions.
2. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date can be made free of charge. You will receive a full refund of the total reservation amount.
3. Cancellations Within 14 Days Before Arrival
Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount will be charged.
Within 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total stay amount will be charged.
4. No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation
In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged. No refund will be issued.
5. Reservation Changes
Any changes to your reservation, such as extending or shortening your stay, depend on availability and may incur additional charges. For changes made within 14 days before arrival, the same conditions apply as for cancellations within that period.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation of your cancellation or change, depending on the payment method used for the booking.
7. Exceptions
In some cases, such as promotional rates or special offers, different cancellation policies may apply. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
